The story of the building
Located at Pod Havránkou Street in the Troja neighbourhood, the villa is the oldest part of a courtyard complex. Originally housing living quarters, building no. 7, with three storeys and a mansard roof, stands on the north side, to the left of the courtyard gate. Adjoining it and facing the courtyard was a two-storey structure with an arcaded ground floor and a gallery on the first floor.
Today, the building is a luxury residence with 11 rooms and a total floorspace of 479 square metres. The three-storey structure includes a historical cellar, which could serve as a luxury spa or a private wine bar. There is also a private garage with space for up to three cars, a private lift, a private loggia on the first floor and a terrace.
The building is located in the Chateau Troja Residence complex, which stretches along the banks of the Vltava river. The gardens of Troja Chateau extend right next to the building, and the Stromovka park is only a few minutes away. Troja is an outstanding neighbourhood: a secluded, verdant residential quarter far from the city bustle, yet a short distance from the city centre.
